10. Google Account Integration

11. Refunds, Billing, and Subscription Policy
Billing and Payment
Some features of the Service may require payment. When you purchase or subscribe to a paid feature of the Service, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Dreaming Phoenix LLC to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Free League Unbound does not store full payment card information and relies on secure payment processors for transaction handling.
All prices and fees will be disclosed at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
12. Refund Policy
Because Free League Unbound primarily provides digital services, software tools, or online access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the Service has been granted.
However, Free League Unbound may provide refunds or service credits under certain circumstances described below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase, and
- The request relates to:
- accidental duplicate purchases
- billing errors
- technical issues preventing reasonable use of the Service
- other exceptional circumstances determined by Free League Unbound

Service Credits
In many cases, Free League Unbound may offer service credits instead of a monetary refund. Service credits may be used toward future purchases or subscription periods within the Service.
Service credits:
- have no cash value
- are non-transferable
- may expire after a reasonable period if unused
Offering service credits often allows us to resolve issues more quickly while keeping services available to users.
Subscription Services
If the Service includes recurring subscription plans:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Access to subscription features will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Cancellation

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact Free League Unbound before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Submitting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue may result in:
- suspension of your account
- restriction of Service access
- termination of your account in cases of fraudulent or abusive disputes
Free League Unbound reserves the right to dispute improper chargebacks.

13. Subscription Terms
If you subscribe to recurring services:
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Renewal charges will occur at the end of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel renewal through your account settings or by contacting support.
Free League Unbound reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice.
14. Suspension for Non-Payment
Free League Unbound may suspend or terminate access to paid features if payment obligations are not met.
Access may be restored once outstanding fees are resolved.

During use of the Service, either party may receive confidential information.
Confidential information includes non-public technical, financial, or operational information disclosed in connection with the Service.

16. Intellectual Property

Free League Unbound is not responsible for interruptions caused by factors beyond its control.
18. Termination

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user to Free League Unbound in the preceding 12 months.

22. Force Majeure
